Spice Bay Foods has a 30-day return policy for all vanilla bean products that are in new condition in their original packaging.

Once your email has been received a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
Vanilla bean products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect weight/items should be communicated immediately for evaluation.
Items on sale and gift cards are also non-returnable.
To exchange a product for any reason, the customer must return the original product, a refund/ store credit will be issued. The customer will have to make a separate purchase for the new one.
After a return is approved, the customer will be refunded on their original payment method. This process may take about 24-48 hours before it appears on your original form of payment.
